ORIGIN OF THE GRAPE
Its origins are still uncertain, although it has been present in the ampelographic heritage of Abruzzo native vines for many centuries. It is cultivated almost exclusively in the province of Chieti and in a few areas of Teramo. Following the route of transhumance, it has spread to some places in northern Puglia.

WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested manually in the middle of September when the acidity content of the grape guarantees the freshness in the wine. Fermentation
yeasts are indigenous selected on the local flora and bound to its biodiversity. The fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature. The maturation on good lees at the end of the fermentation gives to the wine complex and important tones.
SIGHT
Pale straw yellow with greenish hues.
NOSE
Floral delicate bouquet, citrus with really catching herbal hints.
MOUTH
It is citrus, savoury and fresh. It is characterized by a standing out acidity
FOOD PAIRINGS
Good as an aperitif it can be easily paired with seafood appetizers, first dishes not spicy, steam fishes.
