Description
Grape Origins
Pecorino is a native vine of the Adriatic side of the central Apennines (Marche and Abruzzo). The name is probably due to the fact that shepherds coming back from the mountain areas in September, brought their flocks to graze right on the vineyards where the fruit was in full maturation.
