Trebbiano d’Abruzzo grapes(100%) are grown on hilly terrain with good exposure between 400 and 450 m a.s.l. in the characteristic shape of pergola Abruzzese.
The whole grapes undergo soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks from 15 to 30 days at a temperature between 13 and 16°C. Conditioned in the stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow color with greenish hues, vivid and crystal clear. Hints of white flowers and fresh fruit in the nose, it is pleasant and fairly aromatic. Fine and elegant on the palate, fresh and harmonic.
Seafood dishes, white pizzas, pasta dishes with delicate sauces, white meats and salads.
